09 / Questions

What buyers ask first.

Does APATRIS supply workers?

No. APATRIS executes a defined scope of work with its own execution crew, under its own technical supervision and on its own responsibility.

Can the client choose individual welders?

The client may state requirements for qualifications, certificates and experience. The composition of the crew and the organisation of the work are decided by APATRIS, to the extent needed to execute the order.

Where is the work carried out?

At the client’s plant, to the technical documentation provided, the quality requirements and the safety rules in force on site.

How is the work settled?

Per accepted kilogram or tonne against the acceptance protocol, or at a fixed price for defined work packages.

What should we send to receive an offer?

A description of the scope, any available drawings or technical documentation, the quality requirements, and information on the material, the place of execution and the expected dates.
